About Unity Active
Unity Active is a woman-owned youth enrichment provider founded by a coach with experience in the nation’s largest NBA Youth Basketball program. We empower children ages 2–14 through high-energy sports, movement, and enrichment programs designed to build confidence, teamwork, and joy.
Our sessions take place directly at local schools, preschools, and daycare centers across Fairfax County and the DMV area, where we partner with educators to deliver inclusive, age-appropriate enrichment. Whether it’s a first dribble, a yoga stretch, or a breakthrough moment in group play, Unity Active helps kids grow through movement, mentorship, and fun.

Our Mission
At Unity Active, we bring high-quality, turnkey enrichment programming directly to schools-empowering children through multi-sport exploration, wellness, and creative learning. Our program consists of 17 programs. Our goal is to create vibrant, character-driven environments where every child can grow through play, skill-building, and teamwork.
Preschool Movement & Play
Ages 2–4
Unity Active’s Preschool Movement & Play program offers 30-minute, on-site sessions designed for early childhood development. Through simple, sport-themed games, children build coordination, confidence, and joy in a nurturing environment.

After-School Sports Enrichment
Grades Pre-K–8
Our after-school enrichment programs bring high-energy, multi-sport activities directly to school campuses—no travel, no hassle.
- On-site: gyms, fields, blacktops
- 1–5 days per week, customizable by school
- 60-minute sessions led by trained Unity coaches
- Focused on movement, teamwork, and skill-building across multiple sports
